Xender File sharing application is the world’s fastest cross-platform (Operating Systems) and cross devices (PC, Laptops, and Smartphones) by using advanced WiFi technology.

Fixing Procedure of Xender Connection Problem
Error fixing procedure has four stages. If your Android device fulfil the above requirement, you can start stage one.
Stage 1 – Stable Wifi Connectivity
Xender File sharing application is using Advance WiFi direct technology to share any large size files with lightning speed. Therefore the stable WiFi connectivity must be built between sending and receiving devices.
- You should keep your sending and receiving device as much as closer that you can.
- Do not keep any signal disturbances between the sending and receiving devices. Such as Walls, metals, Magnets, etc.
- Deactivate both devices’ mobile data, Bluetooth. Because those components can transfer or download files. It will help to boost Xender performance and reduce the obstacles.
Note: You must not activate the ”flight mode”. Because of that Flight mode will deactivate your all connections.
Finally, check the Mobile WiFi hotspot is activated or not. You can check it with the WiFi Hotspot icon on your top notification bar. If the WiFi Hotspot icon is not in here, you should activate it manually (In your settings).
However, the first stage does not fix your issue, you have to go to stage 2.
Stage 2 – Neglect all crashing errors
This stage is very simple for the user. Restart your device. “Reset” is a very famous term/function in the Electronic world. 99% of electronic devices which are coming with “Integrated Circuits” have the reset bottom to remove malfunctions. Smartphones also can be categorized into this section.
When you restart your Android device all unwanted functions and functions that are crushing the Xender’s process will be going to a fresh start. Most of the time Xender does not show the Connection problem anymore after the restart.

Stage 3 – Get the latest update version of Xender

Stage 4(Final) – Configure the device’s Network Management
Commonly, Android devices are coming with a special feature, called as “Phone Master”. Phone Master gives permission to do some additional settings changes. Network Management is a special section in the phone master.
You have to follow the below steps to complete Stage 4.
- First Step – you have to close the Xender application and open the Phone Master tool.
- Second Step – Go to the network management section.
- Third Step – Scroll down the list until find the Xender application and turn it on by putting a tick marked in the relative box.
- Forth Step – Close the Phone Master application and open the Xender File sharing application.
